Volunteer
Race days would not be possible without the incredible work of our volunteers! Spend part of the day supporting inspirational athletes. It takes a “village” to put on quality mountain bike races.
Many parents and cycling enthusiasts find helping with race production to be a fun and rewarding experience. Thank you in advance for your valuable assistance.
There are venue and course set-up opportunities Friday before the races, as well as many volunteer opportunities on Sunday when all the action occurs.
Volunteer Positions Available
Once you sign up, please email kristen@aspencyclingclub.org and you will receive a coupon code for a free race entry.
This is an alcohol and dog free event
Weather Policy
Please be aware that we will always make every effort to run a race, or a ride even in the rain, as long as the roads or trails will not be adversely affected by riding on it, or rider safety will not be compromised. It is at the discretion of the Race Director to decide when the weather has become such an issue that it becomes a hazard to the safety of the participants. As a result, the decision to cancel might be last minute. Race fees cannot be returned due to weather.
